Instructor Development Program

Are you an emerging dance instructor or choreographer looking to gain teaching experience, develop your craft, and share your artistry with the community?

RUN UP is Run The Flex's instructor development program, designed to provide up-and-coming teachers with the opportunity to lead a paid community class while receiving real-world teaching experience in a supportive environment.

Program Details

When: Saturdays, 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM

Term: Mid-July to Mid-September 2026

Compensation: Paid teaching opportunity.

We're Looking For:

  • A teaching-first mindset and genuine passion for helping others grow

  • Strong dance fundamentals and body awareness

  • Confidence leading and engaging a room

  • A warm, positive, and professional attitude

  • Individuals who are active members of the dance community

RUN UP is a submission-based opportunity, and applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
