We’re here to set you up for success! Signing up for your correct class level will not only help you get the most out of your experience, but will also allow the instructor to teach at the appropriate pace. Use our guide to determine which level is right for you.

Geared towards dancers that are completely new to dance. Intro classes and programs provide an introduction to foundational movements, dance terminology, and basic choreo. No experience needed!

For dancers who have taken a class or two, and are looking to build on the basics taught in our Intro classes and program. You'll further develop foundational technique, expand your dance vocabulary and continue learning basic choreography. Recommended experience: 0 - 1 year.

Perfect for dancers with some dance background and familiarity with basic dance terminology. You’ll build upon foundation taught in the beginner level and learn more challenging choreography. Recommended experience: 1 - 2 years.

Designed for dancers with a solid grasp of dance vocabulary and foundational movements. These classes delve into more complex grooves, concepts, and choreography. Recommended experience: 2-3 years.

how to prepare for class
Please bring indoor shoes in the winter and rainy season.
We offer gender neutral restrooms/change rooms plus filtered water to stay hydrated!
Arrive 5-10 mins prior to the class start time
Check-in with our friendly front desk team
Wear comfy clothes and sneakers
Taking a heels class? Heel caps are required
