Flex Points are rewards you earn for every dollar spent at Run The Flex, plus there are additional bonus ways to earn even more!

Every time you make a purchase at Run The Flex, you’ll automatically earn Flex Points—$1 spent equals 1 Flex Point. Plus, there are bonus ways to earn even more points! Once you accumulate enough, you can redeem them for rewards, which will be instantly credited to your RTF account within one hour of redemption.

Log in to your Run The Flex account on the app.
Tap the gift box icon at the bottom of the screen to access your Run The Flex Rewards.
Go to the "Perks" section to browse all your available rewards.
Choose the reward you'd like to redeem.
Please note, it may take up to 1 hour for your reward to appear in your RTF account balance.

The minimum amount of flex points you can redeem is 350 flex points.

After adding any item to your cart on the RTF Buy Page or app, go to the checkout page. Under "Payment Method," select "Apply Account Balance" to automatically apply your available balance.

Turn the “Use Account Balance” option on in your personal information section, within your RTF account. Every renewal period will then automatically apply your account balance to the charge.

When you sign up for a program, you earn Flex Points equal to the dollar amount you pay, plus a bonus of 15 points for each week you attend!
For example, if you register for a 6-week Intro to Hip Hop program that costs $200, you'll receive 200 Flex Points for the purchase, plus an additional 90 points for attending each week, totaling 290 Flex Points.
In short, you earn 15 points for every week you attend a session within a program.

To redeem your free class, open the e-mail you received and follow the steps below:
1. Click the button "Claim 1 Free Class at Run The Flex!" and fill in your name, email, and phone number where prompted. You’ll then receive a secondary email with your promo code.
2. Visit our Schedule or download the Run The Flex app on the App Store or Google Play.
3. Use the promo code at checkout on a "1 Class Drop-In" to book your free class!
