Rental Rates and Usage Guidelines

STANDARD RATES

STUDIO 1 (650 SQ FT)
Weekday Daytime (9am - 5pm): $35/hour + HST
Weekday Evening & Weekends: $55/hour + HST
Productions & Auditions: e-mail to inquire.

STUDIO 2 (1100 SQ FT)
Weekday Daytime (9am - 5pm): $60/hour + HST
Weekday Evening & Weekends: $80/hour + HST
Productions & Auditions: e-mail to inquire.

FLEX SPACE
Flex Space is a self-guided rental every Friday from 12 - 4pm, designed for dancers to workshop choreography, session, or simply move on their own terms in a shared environment. This credit is valid for 1 hour of space usage. When sharing space, participants must use their own headphones, unless you are the only dancer in the studio. Self-cancellations can be made 2 hours prior to your use of space to receive a credit back. All sales are non-refundable. To protect our floors, heel caps are required for dancers using heels. Caps can be purchased on-site for $5. Flex rental space can be booked via runtheflex.com/pricing.

If you are looking for any of the following:

  • Donated space for charitable or fundraiser purposes

  • Recurring rentals (over 10 hours of rentals)

Once you fill out the form, we will get back to you within 48-hours from bookings@runtheflex.com. Please check your spam if you do not see an e-mail in your inbox.

Rental requests must be made at least 48-hours prior to the rental date requested. If you have an urgent matter, please call us at 416-960-1783.

Policies: Payment is required at the time of the booking to secure the studio rental via a secure e-mail link; refunds and rescheduling are available within 48-hours notice of the booking, minus a $25 + HST admin fee. Cancellations within less than 48-hours of the bookings will not recieve a refund.
