Rental Rates and Usage Guidelines
STANDARD RATES
STUDIO 1 (650 SQ FT)
Weekday Daytime (9am - 5pm): $30/hour + HST
Weekday Evening & Weekends: $50/hour + HST
STUDIO 2 (1100 SQ FT)
Weekday Daytime (9am - 5pm): $50/hour + HST
Weekday Evening & Weekends: $75/hour + HST
If you are looking for any of the following:
Donated space for charitable or fundraiser purposes
Space for film, commercial or video shoots
Recurring rentals (over 10 hours of rentals)
Please indicate this in the "reason for rental" box in the application form below.

Rental requests must be made at least 48-hours prior to the rental date requested. If you have an urgent matter, please call us at 416-960-1783.
Policies: Payment is required at the time of the booking to secure the studio rental via a secure e-mail link; refunds and rescheduling are available within 48-hours notice of the booking, minus a $25 + HST admin fee. Cancellations within less than 48-hours of the bookings will not recieve a refund.
