    KRUMP 8-WEEK PERFORMANCE PROGRAM

    (SUN) APR 12 - JUN 13 | 7:30 - 9 PM

    Join WE LIKE KRUMP for a performance program like no other!

    With rehearsals led by Adrian Layne, Knives, Jon Mendoza, and Flexxy, you will learn and expand on Krump foundations while preparing for a performance in RTF’s annual show.

    Each week you will develop foundation, freestyle, and performance skills.

    ⚠️ Assessment Required:
    If your submission needs more assessment, you may be required to attend 1 complimentary Krump Foundation drop-ins in March, happening on Sundays at 7 PM.

    6-WEEK HIP HOP FREESTYLE PROGRAM + BATTLE

    (SUN) APR 19 - MAY 31 | 2:30 PM - 4 PM
    *No Workshop May 17

    RTF x FINES present: Thread Count + “Count Your Dubs”
    “Count Your Dubs” 1V1 Hip Hop Battle | Sunday, May 31

    This 6-week Hip Hop freestyle program + battle offers 1.5 hours of progressive training each week, with a dedicated focus on “Threading🪡.”

    Throughout the program, you’ll receive supporting resources to help reinforce and maintain what you’ve learned, along with the option for personalized feedback if requested.

    You’ll also have the opportunity to learn from special guest facilitators, adding even more depth to your experience.

    In the final week, there will be a Hip Hop Battle (“Count Your Dubs”) where students can choose to participate or spectate.

    A basic understanding of Hip Hop is recommended to get the most out of the program.

Each week builds on the previous and ends in a final project — like a video or live performance. It’s a complete journey, not a one-off class.

STRUCTURED TRAINING FOR REAL GROWTH
Our progressive programs are designed to help you level up with intention. Each program is led by one instructor who’s invested in your development, offering personalized feedback and practical tools you can apply right away. Classes follow a steady format: warm-up, drills, and technique-building exercises, all leading into a combo that lets you put everything into practice, and is filmed on the final week. With a focused approach week after week, you'll build confidence, consistency, and real momentum in your dance journey.

EXPECTATIONS
Our progressive programs are designed to build week by week — so showing up consistently is key to getting the most out of your experience. We encourage you to come open, curious, and ready to learn. That said if you unexpectedly need to miss a class, we offer one make-up drop-in credit per program. E-mail hello@runtheflex.com at any point before or during your program to redeem it. Please note: all programs are non-refundable.
