Looking to learn the basics? Our 6-Week Intro to House Program with is THE starting place for anyone new to House. Learn House foundation, build confidence, & have fun with Tanya in a safe and inclusive environment!Over the course of four weeks, you will dive into House culture, House music, foundational movement like the jack and footwork, and short combos that bring all of the moves together.
You'll receive weekly videos to track your personal growth as you work towards filming the routine you learn. Dancing on camera is always optional!

Beginner hip hop

Looking to dive further into Hip Hop foundation and history? Join Petra in a true Beginner Hip Hop program designed to help beginner dancers advance towards the next level.
This is NOT an Intro to Hip Hop Program. This is the next step for dancers who have tried a few Hip Hop classes and want to learn more.
Over the course of six weeks, you’ll learn Hip Hop foundation, build confidence and have fun with Petra in a safe and inclusive environment!
You'll receive weekly videos to track your personal growth as you work towards filming the routine you learn in a creative video. Dancing on camera is always optional!

Our progressive programs are designed to help you grow — step by step — in a consistent, focused environment. You'll train with the same instructor and group of dancers each week, allowing for deeper learning, personal feedback, and a strong sense of community.
Each week builds on the previous and ends in a final project — like a video or live performance. It’s a complete journey, not a one-off class.
With programs offered across levels and styles, there’s space for everyone to challenge themselves and level up!

Our progressive programs are designed to help you level up with intention. Each program is led by one instructor who’s invested in your development, offering personalized feedback and practical tools you can apply right away. Classes follow a steady format: warm-up, drills, and technique-building exercises, all leading into a combo that lets you put everything into practice, and is filmed on the final week. With a focused approach week after week, you'll build confidence, consistency, and real momentum in your dance journey.
EXPECTATIONS
Our progressive programs are designed to build week by week — so showing up consistently is key to getting the most out of your experience. We encourage you to come open, curious, and ready to learn. That said if you unexpectedly need to miss a class, we offer one make-up drop-in credit per program. E-mail hello@runtheflex.com at any point before or during your program to redeem it.
