    • Studio 2: 1100 square foot dance studio (black walls)

    • A welcoming reception area/lobby with seating

    • Well-ventilated studios - newly installed HVAC and large windows in each studio, with blinds

    • Professional grade lighting & sound system in both studios

    • Vinyl dance/sport court grade flooring

    • Filtered cold water station

    • Individual gender-neutral bathrooms

    • Cubbies, hooks and coat room for storing personal belongings

  • STUDIO 1 (650 SQ FT)
    Weekday Daytime (9am - 5pm): $35/hour
    Weekday Evening & Weekends: $55/hour

    STUDIO 2 (1100 SQ FT)
    Weekday Daytime (9am - 5pm): $60/hour
    Weekday Evening & Weekends: $80/hour

  • Studio Policies

    • No alcohol or drugs permitted anywhere on the premises

    • No food or drinks (other than water or sports drinks) inside studios unless approved in advance

    • Lobby eating is permitted

    Payment & Booking Policies

    • Payment is required to secure your booking via our online booking platform.

    Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies

    • No refunds once booked

    • Emergency situations: reviewed on a case-by-case basis by management
