Description: Lock in your musicality and sharpen your performance quality with Christina. This program is all about intention, execution, and showing up fully as you train toward the RTF stage. -

Tuesdays, 8:00 – 9:30 PM
Description: Get ready to go FULL OUT with Steven. With an emphasize on technique, execution and performance, this unique program spans 14 weeks, giving you time to sharpen your skills, perfect choreography, and prepare to hit the stage!
Please note: This program requires a basic understanding of Hip Hop, as some choreography will include Hip Hop grooves. -

Description: Build confidence and precision with Lyza’s Intermediate Heels program. You’ll refine your technique, lines, and musicality while building performance skills in a supportive and empowering environment!
OVERVIEW
Thank you for your interest in Run Da Stage Performance Programs!
Run Da Stage offers immersive, focused, and progressive training in a single style, led by one choreographer over 12 weeks, plus dress and tech rehearsals, culminating in two live shows. Participation is submission-based to ensure the right fit. Designed for adults at varying skill levels, Run Da Stage emphasize quality training in technique, choreography, and performance preparation.
Participants will refine their skills and develop their stage presence as they prepare to perform a piece in RTF’s 3rd annual Hip Hop production on June 13, 2026. All training will take place at Run The Flex (893 Yonge Street, 2nd Floor), apart from the dress and tech rehearsal.

Program Structure
Each session include a groove-centric warm up, followed by 20-30 minutes of drills and technique, and 50-60 minutes of choreography/show prep.
Eligibility and Submissions
To ensure all participants are at an appropriate skill level and have the foundational knowledge required for safe and confident performance, submissions are required. Spots are limited and will be filled on a rolling basis.
Once accepted, you have seven days to confirm your spot via payment. Payment plans are available.
Important Dates
Program Start: Week of March 8 or 22, 2026 based on the program you select
No classes: Easter weekend (April 3 - 6, 2026)
No classes: Victoria Day weekend (May 16 - 18, 2026)
RTF Show:
Dress Rehearsal: June 6, 2026 (exact time TBA)
The Show: June 13, 2026 (please reserve the entire day)
The production location and theme will be revealed to those accepted into the programs.
Pricing
In Full Upon Registration: $575 + HST upfront payment
3-Month Instalment plan: $200/month ($600 + HST)
Additional Costume Fee: maximum of $30 + HST
Payment plans available. Details on requesting a custom payment plan will be provided to those accepted.

Registration is by submission only to ensure all participants are at an appropriate skill level and have the foundational knowledge required for safe and confident performance. Spots are limited and will be filled on a rolling basis. Please fill out the submission form on this page.

Each program includes 2 make-up credits, which can be used for any drop-in or pop-up class at Run The Flex. To claim a make-up credit, email hello@runtheflex.com. Credits are valid until June 13, 2026.
You’ll also receive weekly practice videos to help you stay on top of choreography. It’s your responsibility to review these materials and ensure you’re prepared.
Run Da Stage dancers are required to attend at least 80% of their rehearsals. Please note that frequent absences can impact the group dynamic and may affect your readiness to perform. If attendance becomes a concern, the studio will follow up to address the issue. -
Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis up until the start of the program or until all spots are full. Once you submit, expect to hear a response from hello@runtheflex.com within 1 week of your submission.
