From ages 3 - 17, our recreational Flex programs and drop-in classes offer children and youth of all levels, a vibrant and supportive environment, fostering teamwork, self-expression, and a love for dance. Program dancers will showcase their hard work by performing in RTF’s annual Hip Hop production on June 21, 2025!
Note: Even though Term 1 has already passed, new dancers are welcome to join starting January 2025. No new registrants will be accepted past February 1, 2025.

Welcome to the world of rhythm and grooves, designed especially for our tiniest dancers! These dynamic classes are perfect for curious minds and energetic bodies.

Fuel your dancer’s creativity and energy in our Mini Flex classes! Perfect for ages 6-8, these sessions combine foundational Hip Hop moves with fun, teamwork, and self-expression. Choose to enrol or one or both classes!

Our regular Future Flex classes for ages 9-12 are currently FULL, but starting January 2025, we’re launching a brand-new Future Flex drop-in class on Sundays from 12pm - 1pm. Designed specifically for young dancers looking to hone their skills, build confidence, and have fun, all within the flexibility of a weekly drop-in for only $25/class.

Varsity Flex is where teens take their dance journey to the next level. These dynamic classes focus on Hip Hop and Street Dance, helping dancers hone their skills, build confidence, and express themselves through movement.

HIP HOP MARCH BREAK CAMP
Monday, March 10 - Friday, March 14, 2025
Ages 5 - 8 & 9 - 12
9am - 4pm
BEYOND DANCE: This camp offers classes in other Hip Hop art forms including graffiti art, beatboxing and DJing, making each day a vibrant celebration of Hip Hop culture. They’ll also enjoy daily games and activities, fostering creativity and self-expression.
GRAND FINALE: Wrap up the camp on a high note! On the last day, we'll treat all campers to a complimentary pizza lunch, followed by a dance showcase where campers will proudly demonstrate the skills and confidence they've gained. Parents and families are warmly invited to join in the audience!
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE: Our camp runs daily from 9am to 4pm, with optional before care starting at 8am ($15/day) and after care until 5 pm ($15/day). This flexibility ensures that your child can make the most of their time with us while accommodating your schedule. If you require before and after care, please e-mail us at hello@runtheflex.com.
