  • $150 non-refundable deposit + 4 monthly payments of $187.25

The prices above cover the full year. If you choose the instalment option, please select the $150 deposit during registration. This deposit will be charged immediately, and the remaining payments will be processed automatically on the 1st of each month from September 1 to December 1, 2025. The deposit is non-refundable because it guarantees your child’s spot in a limited-enrolment class and helps us plan instructors and class sizes in advance.

Yes — we offer $10 trial classes!

We have two trial weeks, where new students can try any class for just $10. Returning students can also join for $10 if they bring a friend who’s new to our studio.

These trial classes are a great way for families to:

• Experience our studio environment

• Meet our amazing team

• Explore different dance styles before committing to the fall season

• We understand that things come up! Students are welcome to attend make-up classes within the same level, as long as:

  • The class is not at full capacity

  • It does not interfere with choreography-based work (typically after January)

• Make-up classes must be pre-approved via writing from kidz@runtheflex.com, scheduled in advance, and are not guaranteed.

• Missed classes do not qualify for refunds or tuition credits.

Yes! Our Year-End Hip Hop Show will be held on Saturday, June 20, 2026, with both a matinee and an evening performance.

✅ Each class will perform one routine in each show
🌙 Evening performance is optional for dancers under 5

Our recreational classes are grouped by age and open to all levels—no previous dance experience needed! Every class is designed to be fun, supportive, and skill-building. We prioritize the growth of each individual dancer. If we see your child is ready for more of a challenge, we’ll personally reach out with tailored suggestions—whether that’s moving up an age group, exploring our competitive program, or trying a private lesson. Our goal is to help every dancer thrive at their own pace!

• Families who wish to withdraw from a program must notify us in writing via email at kidz@runtheflex.com.

• If notice is received on or before October 15, a pro-rated refund via e-transfer will be issued for the remaining tuition, less a $25 admin fee.

• After October 15, families are financially committed to the full year and no refunds or credits will be issued.

• Emergency situations will be taken into consideration.

We’re a Hip Hop focused dance studio built for kids and teens who love to move, groove, and express themselves.

At Run the Flex, your child will:

You can register your dancer(s) for as many classes as you’d like within their age group. Each class offers something unique, focusing on different skills and choreography—so they’ll be learning something new in every session. Plus, you’ll save 10% off their total registration when registering for multiple classes.
