Run The Flex is Toronto’s premier Hip Hop & Street Dance Studio, committed to offering a safe space for individuals to grow, connect, and be inspired by the transformative power of dance. We are dedicated to preserving the cultural heritage of Hip Hop and fostering a sense of belonging for all. There is no age limit to dance at RTF, however, the minimum for our drop-in classes and programs is 14. We also offer children’s programming HERE.

We are located at 893 Yonge Street, 2nd Floor, Toronto, ON, just a short walk from both Rosedale Station and Yonge/Bloor Station.

Welcome! Please arrive 5-10 mins prior to the class start time, check in at the front desk, and wear comfy clothes and sneakers. Heel caps are required for Heels classes (sold for $5 in-studio). Bring indoor shoes if it's rainy or snowy. We offer individual restrooms and filtered water to stay hydrated!

We are predominantly Hip Hop and Street Dance focused, but also offer an array of styles including Afro Fusion, Jazz Funk, House, Popping, Campbellocking, Heels and more. Please refer to our schedule.

Drop-in classes provide variety and flexibility - with different lessons and choreography each week. Our programs are progressive and great for those looking for more of a commitment. You’ll build on the lessons and choreography week-by-week. You can learn more about our programs HERE.

Class footage is uploaded HERE within roughly 24 hours from the end of class. Please note, only some classes are filmed, and being on camera is optional.

Please cancel your class reservation on the RTF app or website, at least 2 hours prior to the class's start time to avoid losing your credit and a 10$ late cancellation fee. When you do so, your credit will be promptly refunded to your account.
If you find yourself in an emergency situation that prevents you from attending a class, please don't hesitate to contact us at hello@runtheflex.com or call us at 416-960-1783. Note: the above applies to Drop In classes only. Programs are treated like a membership, there are no refunds or make up credits provided for missed classes.

Booking online via the Run The Flex App (App Store, Google Play) or website is recommended to ensure you secure your spot in a class or program, but walk-ins are welcome, provided there is space!
Please note: you can reserve your spot up to 7 days in advance of a class. Membership holders are permitted to book class 14 days in advance. When you register for a program, you do not need to reserve your spot in each week’s individual sessions, our team will do this for you!

Please be punctual and arrive on time! Latecomers can join within 15 minutes of the class start time. If you decide not to attend a class you have registered for, please cancel your reservation at least 2 hours ahead of the class start time via your online account or the RTF app to avoid losing a credit and facing a $10 cancellation fee.

Adding your name to a waitlist means you'll be enrolled automatically up to 5 minutes before class starts if a spot becomes available. You’re also welcome to come to the studio and wait for cancellations or no shows. You can remove yourself anytime without a penalty. But, if you're added to the class and don't show up, you'll lose your credit and be subject to a $10 late cancellation fee.

We can extend any expired or expiring credit packages for $5 for every 2 weeks you would like to extend. Please e-mail hello@runtheflex.com to request an extension. Please note: we do not provide extensions for credits 1 year after the expiration date.

We do not offer refunds, however in some circumstances, we will add the value of your purchase to your account as a credit.

Yes! All first timers can purchase our intro offer: 3 classes for $48 to feel out our studio, instructors, and community. One purchase limit. Credits can be shared with friends + fam! We also offer a one-time 2-Week Unlimited Membership for $79.

Yes! We offer a discount for all post-secondary and high school students. All students can enjoy 15% off of drop-in credits, memberships, and rentals. To take advantage of this offer, please fill out the student verification form (https://runtheflex.com/student-discount).

Please pay in advance through our RTF app or website. We accept walk-ins pending available space in the class. Please note that we are a cashless facility.

Our memberships are as follows:
- Base Membership (3 classes/month) | ($22/class)
- Get Down Membership (6 classes/month) | ($20/class)
- Unlimited Membership - 3 Month Commitment (Unlimited classes - save $20/month by committing to a minimum of 3 months)
- Unlimited Membership - Monthly (Unlimited classes - no minimum commitment)
These recurring memberships activate on the day of your first class, and auto-renew until canceled. They can be used towards all of our drop-in classes. All memberships come with additional perks like exclusive discounts, early booking windows, and guest passes, explore them HERE!

Memberships permit freezes up to 45 days in a 12-month period. Please e-mail hello@runtheflex.com to request a freeze.

All multi-credit packages can be shared with friends. Select "reserve for guest" when registering. Please note that guests will be prompted to sign our standard waiver upon check-in at the front desk.
