Mark “Knex” Barias

Born and raised in Toronto, Canada. Knex has been dancing for 10 years and continues to push the boundaries of his style. Knex began with the style of Tutting and Animation which eventually progressed under the mentorship of The Moon Runners dance crew. Over the years he has traveled around the world to teach, perform, judge and compete in places such as Canada, U.S.A, South East Asia, Europe and Australia.

His biggest influences in dance come from dance cultures such as Turfin, Jookin, Flexin, Bruk up, Litefeet, Popping and the Canadian dance community. Knex’s goals and aspirations in dance are to inspire other dancers to embrace their individualism and creativity in their craft.
